operations in 1992, which began as a strategic partnership between
a Malaysian entrepreneur with Grove Italia Spa under the name of
Penaga Grove Sdn Bhd. With the acquisition of Grove by Dresser USA,
Penaga moved another step ahead by expanding its services to
represent all products under the Dresser Flow Solutions business
unit in Dresser Inc.
