Seri Abdul Ghani bin Abdul Aziz, aged 64,
a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director on
25 November 1999. On 12 July 2001, he was redesignated
as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. On 1
November 2003, he qualified as an Independent Non-Executive
Chairman. He is a member of the Nomination Committee.
He holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and
Strategic Studies from the University
of Lancester,
England,
and a Master of Human Sciences (History and Civilization) from the
International Islamic University, Malaysia. He had served in the
Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) for 32 years and attained the
position of the Chief of the Air Force in 1993 before retiring in
November of 1996. Presently he is the Chief Executive of a
Joint-Venture private limited company.
He has no directorships in other public companies. He does not
have any family relationship with any Director and/or major
shareholder of the Company and there is no business arrangement
with the Company in which he has personal interest. He does not
have any convictions for offences within the past 10 years other
than traffic offences, if any.

Chandran
Aloysius Rajadurai is a director of Penaga Dresser Sdn Bhd and the Group Managing Director of Deleum Berhad. He is
an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management
Accountants, United
Kingdom and a Member of the
Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He started his career as
trainee accountant in LRC International PLC, London, and served in various
capacities in finance and corporate services. He was promoted to
Group Financial Analyst before taking up an assignment as Financial
Controller with an LRC subsidiary in Pakistan. \He
subsequently returned to Malaysia and joined the
then ESSO Production Malaysia Inc in November 1983, now ExxonMobil
Exploration and Production Malaysia Inc. During his tenure with ESSO, he
served in various capacities in the Controllers Department
including Attest Manager and PETRONAS Reporting and Coordination
Manager. He joined Delcom Services Sdn Bhd a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Deleum Berhad in 1992 as the Director of Finance and
Administration and served as Senior Executive Director and was
later re-designated as Executive Vice President - Support and
Operations. He was promoted to his current position in 2006.

He holds a Bachelor in Engineering
(Mechanical) Honours Class II Division I
from the University of Wollongong, Australia. He joined Delcom Services Sdn Bhd a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deleum Berhad in 1997
as a Senior Project Engineer and was later promoted to Senior
Manager, responsible for the marketing of gas turbines and
compressors for oil and gas and petrochemical industries.In
2002, he was promoted to Vice President - Power Sales, Oil and Gas
and subsequently in 2006, he was promoted to Vice President Sales,
Power and Machinery Division with expanded responsibility to cover
industrial power generation. In January 2008, he was promoted to
and served as Chief Operating Officer - Power and Machinery
Division until 30th April 2009.
He is also a director of Delcom
Services Sdn Bhd,
Delcom Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd, Turboservices Sdn Bhd and Turboservices
Overhaul Sdn Bhd.

Nan Yusri
bin Nan Rahimy is a director of Penaga Dresser Sdn Bhd and the Chief Operating Officer, Oilfield
Services Division of Delcom Services Sdn Bhd, a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Deleum Berhad. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering
Degree (Honours) in Mechanical
Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia
and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He joined Delcom
Services Sdn Bhd
in 1996 as a Marketing Executive in the Industrial Power Generation
section of the Power and Machinery Division and held various
positions including Senior Marketing Manager and Assistant Vice
President - Business Development. In 2003, he was promoted to Vice
President - Exploration and Production and was promoted to his
current position in 2008. He is responsible for managing and
supervising of all sales, marketing activities, and operations of
oilfield services of Deleum Group.
